3. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, none of the Released Parties shall be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, or reliance on the Site or its content.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for independently verifying any information against authoritative sources before relying on it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Savings clause
